Cloud Tea Mug Infuser

I recieved this item two days ago brand new from shop and have experienced leaking through the bottom of the mug - there are no visible cracks yet the mug bubbles at the bottom where liquid is escaping and leaves thick rings of liquid underneath it wherever it sits. Also the peoduct is not as pictured on website or box and leaves much to be desired in terms of aesthetic. Overall not pleased with the quality of the item for the price paid. I do not reccomend spending money on this mug.
