Love it

My son loves his viking hat and beard. It's well made, great quality, comfortable and the beard can be removed as needed. Added a picture of him being a serious viking.

Nice toque but very misleading

The kids hat that I ordered seems to be as described, It hasn't been opened yet as it is a Xmas gift but I was very disappointed with one thing. I order this on Black Friday and when I was browsing on your site, there was drop down tab that popped up several times saying " Black Friday deal, order today and get our a free men's toque" There wasn't any mention of spend so much and get a free toque or anything ells like that. When I tried to click on the drop down tab there wasn't any additional info available. Even though I was Considering buying the children's toque, the only reason I decided to purchase it that day instead of waiting to buy it on another day was because of your so called Black Friday deal with getting the extra toque which I could have used for another gift. Being a retail store owner my self Overall I feel that your Black Friday deal was very misleading and dishonest and even though I was happy with the children's toque that I order I really don't know if I will ever be a repeat customer. Hope you understand where I am coming from and don't continue to advertise specials like this again going forward.
