Dilly Potatoes
This is long time favorite of my daughters. Whenever we would grill I would cut up potatoes and put in a large foil pack. I added a couple of tsp. of the seasoning a bit of EVOO and couple pads of butter, fresh dill from my herbs and throw on grill wrapped up tight. My daughters now grown love making them for their families. You can throw in the oven. It’s easy and adjust to however many people are eating and to taste. A family favorite!
