I can honestly say I felt better waking up after a stag do that started at 4am and finished the following day at 5am before I got to my hotel room, I took a hydration sachet with 500ml of water which seemed to start working straight away, fell asleep and woke up 6 hours later and felt remarkably well.

Nice taste and keeps you hydrated

The only reason for 4 stars is the powder does not dissolve easily. It needs to be stirred quite a lot. But once dissolved there is a pleasant mild coconut taste and this does make you feel hydrated. Great for after a workout and the morning after some drinks. Really handy to have sachets especially if your away.
