Great looking and functional folder

I go on official site visits for work where I meet with our clients, give them a handout and walk them through an outline. What I need for these visits is 1) a one pager 2) a pen and 3) a business card. I didn't want something bulky, but a simple folder wasn't enough. This is absolutely perfect. It's highly professional, beautiful leather, and completely functional.
