Order arrived - prompt download. Very nice illustrations. Mostly easy to follow, just two that I could not easily work out where there are twists and bent legs at the same time. Perhaps on the reverse side you could list the names of the poses. I did order the smaller version and my eyes are not great so it could be that. I will order the larger version. However, I love this purchase and find it really useful. Thank you 🙏
