Great product
I am a retired podiatrist and have recommended these for years to patients to provide support, cushioning and shock absorption. I ordered these for my daughter's hiking shoes for a trip she is taking soon. She loved them.

The insoles felt good and helped with my fallen arches.
They felt very different at first then felt good.
