the product I got was not the product I thought i was buying. This has happened twice in a row. I've tried contacting customer service, the email doesn't work.

I tried to order it online, and the website was stubborn and wouldn't let me order Tortoise. I called and spoke to a representative. I ordered Tortoise, but black arrived. Not happy. I will be returning it.
