Good care was taken into shipping the lift, it was wrapped and packaged securely. When I unboxed it there were no scratches, bent pieces or dings. The first operation was without issue. The operation manual was easy to find and easy to navigate. Leah was a great help throughout the process, patient and knowledgeable about their products. She was happy to pull in an additional technical team member when we needed additional support questions answered. I wouldn't hesitate to use Hollywood DJ again.
