I love this program!!

Awesome! Love this option.

Really appreciate the refill program both for sustainability, reducing waste & cost. The only challenge I have had (though it seems to have been worked out) was that sometimes the website charges for shipping. I refill my goddess 1 oz & the half oz for travel. Thanks for being innovators.

Risky

Although I LOVE CYDF, this refill program needs a little tweaking. I dropped by the Rea Rd location in Charlotte, NC. Upon arriving inside the store, I scanned the bar code and purchased a refill online. The nice young lady that helped me at the front desk had no way of knowing that I had just purchased the refill. I had to show her the charge on my credit card and then show her a confirmation. There needs to be some kind of confirmation on the store’s end so the front desk staff know the refill has been purchased. I say this is risky because you have some that are not so honest so they could say they have purchased when in actuality, they have not. However, I love being able to purchase the oils at a discounted price. I use them often and happy I do not have to pay so much.
