Disappointed

The dress itself is GORGEOUS! But as much as how beautiful I think the dress is, I’m very unhappy because I submitted my exact measurements to Besarta and it was not followed. The lowest quote I got to get the dress resized was $150. I voiced out my concerns before making the purchase but I was rest assured my measurements will be followed with precision. I can’t even send the dress back for refund, because the store doesn’t offer refund only store credit. I’m very disappointed, I was so excited about this dress on how beautiful it is but it’s tooooo big on me. The thought of it makes me want to cry because the dress is not cheap.
