Was unaware product was shipping directly from China. Also no care instructions were included with the product. No idea how to wash these things or any additional information as the only thing included in the packaging was the product wrapped in plastic, and the only tag on the product was a label showing the size of the mat.

Very thin. Not as advertised. Did not provide cooling once the pad got warm from dogs body heat. Not worth the money.
