Men's Engraved Torque Bangle

Disappointed with the customer service. Order this bracelet as a gift for my partner who has been on the hunt for a cuff bracelet. Absolutely stunning bracelet and quality, stunning engraving also, if it was in the right place! I wanted the engraving on the inside as a subtle sentiment but it arrived on the outside. I raised this with the Whatsapp team to receive an argumentative response saying I left a note with no specific location of engraving so it’s automatically put on the outside and therefore I cant get a replacement or a refund. If this was the case why was I not contacted to be asked where I would like the engraving, surely that should be standard if it is not specified not just assumed? I also had not filled out the engraving options on the click options, it was just in the note box apparently which I think was stuck there from a previous order I had added to the basket and not completed. Disappointing because the bracelet itself is stunning but will not be ordering again due to the service I received.

I ordered this bangle for a Father’s Day present for my husband from our son. He absolutely loved it, such lovely quality and craftsmanship, it is strong and sturdy for when adjusting. The presentation was good, and communication between myself and Rosie was great. Fast delivery and would definitely recommend.
