Best part of the day
The strawberry banana flavor mixed with 16 oz of 2% percent milk, 2 tbsp of almond butter, and some dark chocolate squares on the side are the best reward to intense resistance sessions and long running days.

No BS ingredients
Pros:
- Contains the most basic ingredients (No BS) with natural sweetener, for those trying to steer away from chemicals.
- Not overly sweetened.
- No digestive issues noticed.
Cons:
- Dissolves only in ambient temperature/warm liquids
- Bigger size container not available
As far as taste, it's just regular, no aftertastes, not too sweet... Totally manageable as long as we're guaranteed better quality (natural) ingredients.

ISO-M7 Whey Protein
I use ISO-M7 on a daily basis to supplement my fitness goals. I appreciate the high quality product. I’ve tried many protein powders in the past and find this one to be the best.
