Spa Mist Errors (E1/E2) & Lack of Communication

Received defective Berkeley Derma spa mist - failed on first use with E2/E1 heating errors. TIMELINE: - Jan 13 (Mon): Reported defect. They asked for pictures - I sent photos AND videos immediately. Then: complete silence. - Jan 14 (Tue): Sent clarification email - no response - Jan 15 (Wed): No response - Jan 16 (Thu AM): I had to follow up to get ANY response. Only then did they reply with basic manual troubleshooting (check hoses, reset device) that I had already completed before my initial Monday email. - Jan 16 (Thu 12PM): Reported troubleshooting failed, asked for next steps - Jan 16-17 (Thu-Fri): 30+ hours of complete silence going into 4-day weekend THE PATTERN: They only respond when I chase them down. When I needed assembly help, they were responsive. When I need warranty support for a $443 defective product, I get: - Days of silence after they requested photos - Only respond when I follow up - Manual troubleshooting I already did - More silence when troubleshooting fails I've been patient, cooperative, followed every step, and provided detailed documentation. The reactive (not proactive) service and complete lack of follow-through is deeply disappointing. Will not be purchasing again from this company.
