They did a great job communicating with me when it came to handling my order, the tank is exactly as described and they do a wonderful job packing it securly for if you choose to have it packed flat for pick up or shipping. All instructions were easy to read and understand when it came to putting it together. The last tank I got from them was about 3 years ago and its still in immaculate condition. I would recommend supporting this lovely wife and husband team if you are looking for a new enclosure.
