The best pasta

I love this pasta! I have never really liked shop bought pasta, and make myself 'not pasta' - basically a tomato based concoction of protein and veg, to have with something else. Since discovering Northern, my meal of choice is Not Pasta with pasta 😅. It has just the right thickness and amount of bite, with a nice texture and taste. I could probably cook some and just snack on it (haven't yet). Yum!

Full of flavour

I’ve only used Northern Pasta since James Martin recommended it on a Saturday programme. I liked the idea of it being British made by a small company. Of course if it hadn’t proved to be as good as expected I wouldn’t have bought again. However it’s just delicious, a nice bite and adds to any pasta dish. I’ve bought to give as gifts also as the packaging is delightful too.
