Expensive exchange!!
Hi, I purchased a beautiful knob but ordered the incorrect latch size. EH offered to exchange it; however, I was responsible for paying the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping for the new latch ($29.99). This is absurd and I definitely won’t be shopping here again.
