Oh yum. The honey is so rich and decadent. I would tell you if the honey ever solidified and how long it took to, but it didn't last long in my home. I cooked with it and tasted it unheated on my pancakes, and they were good. The brownie mix Christian Kitchens also sells calls for the honey, and those brownies turned out to be soft and tasted like dark chocolate.

This honey is some of the best I have ever tasted! The flavor is divine. I will continue to purchase it.
