The Thumb Stabilizer: support at the base of your thumb
The thumb stabilizer is for the ache at the base of your thumb — the one that turns up when you open a jar, turn a key, or hold a book too long. Not a splint that locks your hand out of action. A soft, slim support that steadies the joint while your fingertips and thumb tip stay bare.

My wedding rings caught inside a glove, and I had to delicately rescue both rings and glove. A seam unraveled in the process and I now have a hand-sewing project --which I'm not very good at.
Also, I wondered if my order had been lost. It took a long time for those gloves to land in my mailbox. They came from China --right? You've got the right idea for the design, but need a sturdier fabric. I'm not going to replace these every 3 months.

One hand has a thumb issue with pain generated after crocheting or sewing for an hour or so. This certainly helps me to carry on longer. Even if it doesn’t stop the pain altogether, it reminds me to be kind to my hand and gives it lots of support after exertion.
I love these.

they seem to help with the thumb pain/mobility, but are very cheaply made, the supporting padding is not in quite the correct place and they will not last long.
