Pretty good headset but a bit bulky

Beautiful product, software could be a bit better for what it is.

I have always been an avid HyperX user since 2014. I transitioned into a PC user and my equipment is also HyperX. I recently purchased the new Alpha2 wireless. I have to say I’m pretty disappointed that there were no clear instructions on how to set up the wireless headset. This is my first time having a wireless headset and I was having difficulty updating with the firmware. There were no clear instructions on troubleshooting, and I found out how to set things up through Reddit. Aside from this troubleshooting. The headset is amazing. I encourage HyperX to include directions on how to set up a wireless headset for those first time users.
