Didn’t get sent to the recipient until I contacted them and still took days after the fact. 2 weeks all up

Gift card can only be used online. It does state this in the description but I didn’t see it as it’s just a gift card and didn’t think to read the description! Have never heard of this before. Gift card didn’t come through when purchased and took several days and was quite embarrassing to not have a ‘gift’ to give and then for the bearer to go in store and find it it has to be used online just really made me dislike this whole process.
