Beautiful gift and incredible customer service!
I bought this as a Mother’s Day gift for my partner, but unfortunately, I made a mistake and put the wrong name on it at first. I reached out to customer service, and they were amazing—they were incredibly quick to fix my error and send out a new one right away. The box was a nice touch, the engraving on the box makes it easy to show precisely what is on the die without straining older eyes. A welcome addition to this Mother's Day present.
