The soft thumb tip is made from rubber and is very soft. It is the popular choice amongst most magicians. The hard thumb tip is made by Vernet and is a hard plastic thumb tip which is also lighter in colour.
The Kingsize thumb tip is approx 2" long so is ideal for loading vanishing larger items like silks, sweets, cigarettes etc.
