Item not delivered despite email stating it had been. Ongoing investigation into where the item is, but now it has been about 4 weeks past when I expected delivery. I did enquire but no action could be taken whilst awaiting investigation, and no other solution offered despite hoping to have product at this stage. I was keen to have product but i have no clear timeframe on when that will happen
