Nice Bride's Maid Dress

The bodice is a bit itchy, but overall, I am pleased with the dress and how it fits.

Sizing is a mess. I am between 6 sizes. The dresses take three months to ship. I measured myself and found I was in a range of sizes. I went with the biggest to be safe. Turns out after receiving my dress that still wasn’t accurate. I called my seamstress and she had me try on the dress and measured me. She said the dress was impossible to fix and I would need to order a dress about three sizes bigger than initially bought. Now it will take another three months to ship. I have reached out to customer service for an exchange and haven’t heard back yet. Use another company for your bridesmaids dresses like Azazie.

Online isn't the same - inflexibility with shipping a problem

I'm disappointed in the dress. It's one of those things where it looks fine in the picture but I'm just not a huge fan of it in person. The problem is, it took 3 months to get here and now the wedding is 2 months away so I'm locked in. I know this company offers the ability to try things on but some brides won't do that and bridesmaids shouldn't have to seek that out independently. I don't know why shipping would take three months for a dress that has zero customization.
