Lean without logging
I have used lean without logging as a supplement to using many of the recipes from the 30 day and 303030 challenges, and it has worked great! The mindset of listening to lean without logging has helped me a lot. Making sure I have a breakfast that aligns with my goals on the weekends has been a great takeaway for me!

A great program for the postpartum mom who needs results but has zero energy to calorie count
i am recently post partum and gained 50lbs..each pregnancy I seem to gain the magic 50 and I knew after my first baby that I really needed some guidance to lose weight because first time around I just straight up didn’t eat and that was a BAD idea. Second pregnancy I realized I needed to change my approach and this plan has really given me guidance on how to eat and set realistic expectations for myself. I listen to the videos while I feed my baby and I am already seeing results plus I am eating regularly and focusing on what I’m eating. This approach has already been more effective then any calorie restricted diet I guess it turns out the secret is not in the calories but actually feeding my body

Interested or Invested?
My favorite part of Lean Without Logging came in the final pillar. I have spent a lot of time being interested -listening to podcasts, trying out meal plans, starting over every Monday - but I haven't been invested. I, also, learned that being invested means showing up for yourself, creating a structure, and using repeat meals.
