Surf Pole Review

Sturdy, stylish, and functional! Looks soooooo much better than the competition. We love the design of two tubes and the cradle. Competition looks like a Home Depot DIY. Further- we throw our skis and snowboards in a bag and use the cradle. Works perfectly! One pro-tip: i did drill small pilot holes for the bracket into the van. The self-tapping screws needed a little start. We have a 2026 AWD Sprinter.

Installed on Sprinter w/ FVC 170 standard roof rack

Took a bit longer to install due to the cutouts I had make in the standard roof rack side panels, but once that was completed the installation went exactly as instructed. Sturdy composition, well designed, carries two long boards in padded bags with ease.
