Great to Verify quantities and as built conditions

I work for a GC and I started using the Moasure to verify additional charges from landscaping subtrades for complicated infills. That alone has already made the purchase worth it as we saved more on that than the cost of the device. It takes a bit getting used to and it is not fool proof, however, the results are very useful if done properly. It is very easy to verify as built conditions of say a room or area that needs renovation, this can potentially identify space constraints early on. I wish I had this available when we started a larger renovation in a hospital with lots of different rooms, many of which were smaller than on the drawings, causing issues with equipment placement. Overall this is a very handy device to quickly capture a situation/condition. I would in the past not even have tried to measure the things I can do in minutes now.

It works wonderful and it’s so comfortable to work with. The materials are pretty good. Resistant and well made. A very light product to carry all time.
