Starter Bundle

It's a black ball. Which, only when you wear the glasses that have torches on the sides, which when shone brightly on the ball, it reflects colours. The ball needs to be in glasses range. The glasses are cumbersome. We bought the package with the pump also so some of the product has come in helpful. Then there was the delivery that we couldn't track the order, whether it was because of the 'shop' app or overseas delivery, but it couldn't track it. so we're left unknowing if it would be delivered before Christmas. Leaving us antious. When we ordered it early November, perhaps even October halfterm. Certainly not worth the money we paid. Wish we'd just got a regular ball.

My items were promised to be delivered by Christmas S they wete for my Grandson's Christmas present. They did not arrive until 5 days post Christmas so I wad obliged to buy an alternative present. I was also led to believe that the items were coming from the UK 🇬🇧. I have approached Bright for a refund but they are at the momenr asking for shipping costs which is not acceptable. Altogether a very bad experience. This needs to be resolved very quickly as Bright are at fault fir breach of contract by promising a delivery date that they did not fulfill. I will start putting up posts on the various media to this effect unless I am fully compensated Yiur Faithfully Mr Douglas Crowley. Zero rating
