Apex Briefcase

I love this bag! It's like Troubador took the design from my dreams. I love the hidden front pocket, back pocket, most interior pouches have magnetic snaps. The way the laptop pouch is covered and raised is excellent. It's thin and light with room for my daily needs. The materials feel very high quality, including interior fabric which feels silky yet strong. I saw review that the handles were smaller, but they're perfect for me and I have medium sized hands. I've found the strap slides if I'm not careful carrying it on one shoulder, but it also very comfortable and the leather portion is supple and soft. My only semi-complaint is the main zipper teeth lost their paint quickly, but works excellently and has sealed very well through a few downpours to date. I searched for years for this exact bag and am thrilled it exists!

Just back from a trip with Apex briefcase - very well designed, phone pocket and luggage pass-through v useful, much nicer as underseat item than a backpack, lightweight & v comfortable shoulder strap, looks great - serious but not too stuffy. Only thing I’d wish for is some way to stow a small water bottle. Used the internal pouch for an umbrella (which also came in handy), but wouldn’t feel comfortable putting liquids next to laptop.
