NOTICING IMPROVEMENTS!
I'm new to any supplements so was sceptical about benefits! After 4 or 5 month's, can't remember, I notice my hair has stopped falling out and is looking better than it has in years! My nail's are growing and stronger, I actually have re growth when I visit my nail salon. My skin condition has improved alot and is a work in progress. All told I intend to keep taking my Key Collagen and keeping these improvements

JOINT PAIN MADE ME REALIZE
I have been taken key collagen for a few months and felt good but wondered was it doing anything. I stopped taken it for a month and I have noticed a lot of pain in my joints. So my order is on the way . Definitely recommend it .

Key collagen is the only collagen for me, it helped to improve the condition of my hair and nails and it also helped reduce the appearance of fine lines. I have been taking this now for well over a year consistently and will continue to do so - every little helps when turning 50 :)
