Omg I was looking forward to trying this so bad and the first so I took Choked so hard I don't know what the hell is in it, I have had a sore throat for a few days now plus it gave me a headache! I am not happy I paid $42 for these especially it made me choke It was a waste of money for sure on this product I have a few products now from mud wtr and it never me choke or cause headache!!!
