It's very difficult to get the serum to flow through the needles. It is a bit painful to poke the scalp with the needles but I've done so and then I apply the serum by hand. I haven't seen any results yet as it's too soon. I will continue to use since I spent a large amount of money on it.

I love the idea. I followed the instructions carefully, and when the fluid wasn’t coming out, I tapped, shook, repeatedly, and eventually got a tiny bit. I stamped everywhere, and hardly and serum had dispersed. I had to shake hard, stab myself over and over, shake and repeat. After 15 minutes, I took the lid off of the serum and just rubbed the rest in.

I only used it once so far but the serum does not come out so I ended up dumping it on my hair. Not very happy so far but I am going to try another one to see if that works better.
