I think I’m achieving some modest results, and I’m motivated to do more. Would like it more if the grips (handles) were more comfortable. The design seems to punish my palms.

Wow!!!!! I was really impressed by the engineering and design that went into building this machine. I say machine because that's what it is. It's built like a tank. It"s all steel construction with sturdy hardware and clear, easy to read, indicators on the scale show that this is not just a copy of a design, but obviously the real deal. I've been using my CoreFlex Twister Pro for about a month and I love it. I use it while watching tv and as part of my workout routine. The attachable rollers, for a killer ab workout, are genius. I weigh 190 lbs and don't feel the least bit wobbly on the machine, because it is solidly built and so well balanced. I'm equally impressed by the design of the hand grip trainer. It's so simple, yet easy to adjust, and has a built-in counter. It's pricey, but worth the cost to get such quality. There are cheaper versions out there, but they don't come close to comparing to this amazing machine
