Good product, stays cold pretty long considering its gel but sent two knees instead of knee and elbow. I guess its good in case both need icing lol.

The concept works, and it is comfortable. The downside is it doesn’t hold the temperature very long.
We use it primarily for icing and it lasts 15min tops before it’s room temp.
