The bolt for the handle was threaded so i contacted them about it and never got a response. The snack tray and side bag once fitted stops the velcro from strapping down the sides of the canvas around the frame so it leaves it flimsy

This is a fantastic strollr wagon but would he even better with mesh and sunshade options on all four sides so you can choose. Full netting option would be great for mozzies. The zip up bottom idea is great but its just jot quite enough and still quite a dip that my baby falls into when crawly across the wagon and makes it a little harder for my baby to sleep on. Fantastic wagon otherwise and bonus great sale
