Happy to finally hear the flowers I ordered for my wife’s birthday arrived a day early, yet was surprised to see the majority had already wilted and seemed a bit dry. The flowers didn’t present themselves as I imagined when I purchased them, but the variety was great. She did overall like receiving them despite the details. Thank you

Flowers were dead. I didn’t receive a refund

I paid $173 for flowers and they were dead. I contacted the company about the order and asked for a refund, and I haven’t heard anything back. You can’t speak to a live person; all of the communication is “conveniently” done online. I will never use this service again.

Unfortunately the temps were in the 80s and my original delivery time of 11-1 was pushed back to 4:30-7:30pm, by the time the flowers arrived the anemone were brown and wilted, some of the roses were too but perked up nicely. The few ranunculus received also didn’t fair well. Was a lot of money to spend for them to arrive like that but not urban stems fault, I blame FedEx! Won’t deter me from ordering again…
