This started as a nice to have and has become a must have. Lemon lime hyro helps me feel hydrated after my morning workouts. Helps to mix up just drinking water. This is now a staple in my life

No nasties, and a refreshing taste. I find it helps with muscle recovery after training, but it's worth using on lower-intensity days too. Daily staple :)
