My son is still having a bit of trouble keeping the Loop in his ear. I hope that improves over time. Overall, he likes it. However, he would like to hear his own voice more loudly and the background noise more softly. Unfortunately, that isn't possible, is it?

Needed the case despite the cost
My original case was lost during an office move. I really needed a new case. It’s helpful for storing but really expensive
