I used to drink 3 cups of coffee each morning, since i started using rise that’s down to 1 cup and i feel more awake then before. I also struggled to take my creatin every day and now it’s just part of my morning routine to drink 1 bottle of rise.

The real deal

I use both 8hours products - sleep and perform. Sleep has helped me get to sleep easier and stay asleep longer, more so than just magnesium did. Perform has me feeling good on a day to day and allowed me to trim down my stack. Would recommend.
