Novice Sweet Potato Grower

I must say I was a bit intimidated about growing sweet potatoes but I wanted to grow organic/heirloom varieties and The Farm On Central dudnt dissapoint. The variety was amazing and the detailed instructions on how to start your slips was perfect! Ive got my slips in several 20 gallon tubs and Im looking forward to havesting them later in the growing season.

I sent two separate emails over the last two weeks describing the 80% DEAD rate of the sweet potato slips that did not root, and I have not yet received any response to either email. I requested a refund and have not received any response. Only 20 living sweet potato slips out of 100 ordered, and zero communication. Unacceptable for both product quality and customer service.

Not Happy Witg Sweet Potato Slips

I received my order and immediately place my slips in a glass jar with water. When I took them out to plant in grow cages some of the appeared to be mushy. Those dis not take hold. The rest are doing wonderful.
