Classic backpack
I received a backpack though warranty, and feel that the customer service was phenomenal! The quality of the product is amazing, and if it has any issues, they stand by their product. I definitely recommend Herschel products!

Good bag
I really like my bag, the only problem is the piece of Fabric that goes Over the zipper that sometimes get in the way and block it. Beside this, Everything is good

Classic XL Backpack
This is the second one I bought and the bag is not what it used to be. Only one side pocket instead of two and the hook at the back is no longer fabric to match the bag.
