Quality products from a sophisticated but authentic site

I ordered from you because I had such good memories of a visit, years ago, to the archaeological site and idyllic town of Heraklea on Latmos,. I thought the boxed set would be a nice gift- the cookbook has authentic recipes that are well chosen and clearly written, as well as gorgeous photographs. I ended up keeping it for myself! When I started to use the olive oil , I found the black bottle quite assertive in flavor- ,good for drizzling on the basic bruschetta with just a rub of garlic- but it also turned out to be surprisingly light for cooking vegetable dishes.
