Perfect healing

I am a 73 runner with decent speed. And my hips get sore and tight from workouts. I tried the smaller, cheaper red flash but it just takes too long. With this Ironforge, I only need to use it 3-4 minutes in the morning and it makes a big difference in my hips. I played a little tennis and pickleball, this red light also keeps my shoulders and elbows healthy; before, they did get tired or sore now and then. I have recommended this to few number of folks.
