Universal Remote Matter Combo

For a device that touts ease of use we’ve found it not to be intuitive. We are a computer service company and would not recommend this device to any of our customers. The hub? Still attempting to figure out its place. We are returning this remote.

Good product. Could be great with a few tweaks.

The ability to program more remote keys with IR commands for other devices while in Apple TV mode and use the under screen buttons for matter commands while in ANY device would be amazing. The firmware update to add Apple TV functionality and allowing more IR devices to be copied directly to the remote instead of relying on the hub already took this from mediocre to good, so please keep updating the functionality when practical.
