Every component is super high quality. I'd put this up against anything I've found at a gym, and expect it will last a very long time. Super stable with sandbags and olympic weights, and the speed is tunable from beginner to "Ryan Garcia demo video" by adjusting the red and black bars and tensions on couplings. Awesome product!

Best Cobra bag I've ever had.

This is the best Cobra bag that I have ever had, the set up was very easy and it met all my expectations. It is such a well made bag, and it has definitely become one of my main staples in boxing training to give me that edge over my opponents! This was well worth my money and I highly recommend others to buy this bag. 😃
