Truly a great company to deal with. Using a chat I was able to order ALL the right parts the first time for my sixteen foot garage door. The roller mechanism was old and they had a Torquemaster Plus Spring kit as my replacement. It contained stronger gauge springs and a bonus safety improvement. On their website I found perfect how to videos to install the new upgrade. The order also contained the step by step procedure in well written/pictoral paper work. The gentleman from their chat line helped me finalize the purchase. He was equipped to answer every technical question I needed to know.
