第一次入手factiv嘅產品就係eye cream，因為眼周肌膚始終比較薄弱，成日見到有人搽完眼霜或眼睛華後，可能成份太滋潤或刺激，令眼周生油脂粒等問題。而factiv產品的成分都相對公開透明，所以未用過都比到信心我去試用，而且使用過後亦感到滿意，質地容易推開，加上設計己經配有按摩頭，使用時超方便，真係可減低浮腫及黑眼圈，使用時效未到一個月，會繼續持續使用。
