I liked everything except the action. I think it could have been sent out with lower action. I realize that it can be adjusted but when i tried to get mine to a sweet spot, i could not get it there without it needing intonation work as well. Otherwise i would have given it five stars.

The guitar and the amp are good, but the support has been terrible. The guitar arrived in one package, with no amp. I sent two emails to support, neither of which received a response. The amp eventually turned up two weeks later, but I still have not received any response from support. Summary: Good product, bad customer service.

It was well delivered and my child was very happy. He plaid 5 hours within first 12 hours of receiving. Thank you!
